Old Rectory House is a Grade II listed, former Rectory transformed and sympathetically renovated over the last several years to building The Orangery, Grounds and Rooms offering a modern luxury and Award-Winning boutique historical private house.

The house was taken over by a local family from Redditch and completely modernised in 2017, with The Orangery being added to the side of the original 1812 building. Then in 2021, the former croquet lawn was lanscaped into the 'Festival Field' at the front of the house, to include sprawling stretch-tents and nordic teepee, large enough to hold events upto 150 people. Most recently in 2024, all nine-bedrooms have been sympathetically upgraded with touches of William Morris, lovingly designed taking inspiration from the arboretum of the land and grounds the house stands upon.
