- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till
- Change barrels and cellar management
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
- Serving food part of the floor team

- Must be over 18 year old, due to working on the bar
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
- Previous experience is preferred, however full training will be provided (Food Hygiene, H&S & Other training is available with accredited certification)
- Own transport due to remote location
- Flexibility for weekday and evenings and weekend working is a MUST.
